There is minimal need to rent anything, keeping down those pesky rental fees and staffing hours it takes to load-in and set-up.
We only book one event per floor in any evening, so the party is always private. The actual party space practically doubles when you add on the reception area, funky curved purple or raspberry bar and the Sausage or Herring Room (depending on the floor you rent) all located in the common areas.
