When civil unions became legal for same-sex couples in Chicago we felt it was cause for some serious celebration. And celebrate we did with an event called Under a New Moon. Teaming up with some of Chicago’s premier wedding vendors, Catalyst Ranch hosted a contest on Facebook where couples could submit their love story. After the difficult decision of finding our six couples, Catalyst Ranch hosted a great big bash!

A group civil union ceremony- with personalized, individual vows performed by celebrant Anita Vaughan.
